The 4.5 meter length powder coating painting oven is designed for curing bigger bulky parts or a big batch of small-sized parts such as aluminum profiles. Electric heating style reduces the task of operation and maintenance as well as creates a more clean environment. COLO powder coating ovens are constructed from high quality components that ensures quick and uniform heating.
Our powder paint ovens are standard equipped with two carts, including an internal one and an external one. The internal one is designed as a frame to load a batch of workparts, the external one has a handrail to help transport the internal system
By using two carts, it will not contaminate the inside of the oven, which provides high purity of painted elements.
What;s more, this cart system with high temperature bearing allows carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force, and optimizing the use of the entire space of the curing oven.

PLC Control
The PLC control system offers user-friendly interface for users to set the required temperature and heating time accurately.
The electric control cabinet also includes includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons. Touchscreen controls with integrated data logging capabilities are another popular option.
100mm Thick Rockwool Wall
COLO powder coating oven utilizes a sandwich panel design. Rockwool insulation of at least 100mm is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping. The durable materials maximize the its lifespan.
