Overhead Conveyor Paint Drying Oven for Powder Coating

A rail is designed on the top of the COLO-2447 oven for hanging powder sprayed workpieces. The inner size of the oven is W1200*H1700*D3200, and the width is not wide, so it is more suitable for small batch baking.

The oven uses an electric heating system, and the baking space is very clean, which improves the drying quality of sprayed products.The oven has thermal circulation so the air is heated very evenly.Our oven uses a rock wool board with a thickness of 100mm, which is a very standard thickness required for good insulation.

Detail Features

1. Heating Insulation

Constructed with 100mm thick rockwool interlayer performs least heat dropping,  with galvanized innerwall that is heat-resistent and durable color steel outwall for long time use.


2. Forced Air

Am energy-saving fan cycles hot airs in the chamber making uniform heat distribution with a temperature stability,  in order to obtain a quality finish with even gloss and consistent colour.


3. Precise Control

A simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need,  allows you accurately to set the desired temperature and time,  as well as the start of fan working. The controller also includes a variety of safety devices,  such as alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc.


4. Effective Heating

Installed with electric heating tubes, 15~30 minutes reaching the required temperature 180-250°C,  supply with clean air. Also can be designed for gas/diesel/LPG heating.
