Powder Coating Spray Booth
Brief Introduction
COLO-3145 is designed for pass through type powder coating.Parts enter the booth through the conveyor system openings,then pass the coating operator stations to receives the coating.
Booth are work with Automatic reciprocator for doing automatic powder coating jobs.
The powder overspray is entrained within the air stream moving to the collector module,where the cartridge filters will remove the particulate.The containment air is drawn throught the air handler's primary and final filter system before being discharged back into the room.Coated parts exit the booth for conveyance to the cure onen.

The main structure is dominated by dusting the powder room, filters, recovery systems, cleaning systems, lighting, fans, control component systems, compressed air piping and other components.
Technical Parameters
Construction: The booth walls and roof are made of galvanized steel.The booth utilizes a single panel design.
Lighting: Integrated lllumination.The spray enclosure includes roof-mounted light fixtures,These fixtures are mounted on special panels that include factory-provided reinforcement.
Exhaust system: The booth uses either one or two floor mounted exhaust units. The exhaust unit is constructed of primarily galvanized steel.
Control Panel: The booth is operated via PLC control panel. The control panel allows the operator to stop and start the exhaust fan and turn the lights on and off,and also can control the oven at the same time.
Delivery
We deliver a complete set of powder spray booth,the fan motor and filters will be disassemble to avoice they might damage during transport,but do not worry,they are easy and simple to assembl.
