This is our customer's case, two powder coating cyclone booths and a bridge powder coating oven.

Due to the large output and various powder colors, two large cyclone spray booths can be required, and each booth is responsible for spraying several sets of fixed powder colors, which relieves the pressure of color changing and improves the spraying efficiency. . Since the size of the customer's workpiece is not large, the oven uses a bridge type oven, and the heat preservation effect is more perfect.

Fast Color Change Powder Coating Cyclone Booth

The automatic powder coating booth equipment is a key part of high efficiency powder coating line system. It is not only setup for simple spraying but also comes with two step powder recovery system that is cyclone and after filter recovery units, to achieve fast color change and realize 98% powder recovery. A solution for high powder coating output capacity and clean coating condition

1. Mono cyclone achieves recycling efficiency up to 98%, a great saving of powders. a quick cleaning takes around 15 minutes. 

2.The secondary recovery stage is combined with a group of high precision filters effectively capture ultra fine powders,thus only particle-free air discharged outside. 

3. There's air clean system continuously transports over sprayed powder from the booth
floor, quickly recycling it back to the powder feed container.

4. Booth material can be made anti-static plastic,which reduces powder waste. Also can be stainless steel ,longer life time.

colo-2000D hot sale model reciprocating machine and colo-800D automatic powder coating guns are both very stable working model for many years without operation problems and working troubles.

CL6200 powder feed center is used for quick color changes and feeding directly from the carton to the gun. Equipped with stainless steel, vibrating screen and PLC unit.

Tunnel Powder Coating Oven
Tunnel type ovens are convection ovens which allows to electrostatic powder coated work pieces to be cured usually around at 180-200°C in 10~20 minutes.Tunnel bridge type oven is more suitable for small size workpiece,the insulation effect is more perfect. The oven length and line speed need to be calculated based on the curing time required for the powder.
