Electrostatic Powder Coating Oven Batch Curing Oven with Transporting System
This Electric Heating Powder Coating Curing Oven used for curing the workpiece which has been spraying during the powder coating. When a thermoset powder is exposed to elevated temperature, it begins to melt, flows out, and then chemically reacts to form a higher molecular weight polymer in the surface of the workpiece.
Transporting System
A pair of outer & inner trolley makes easy transporting of workparts. Use the trolley system brings parts from the floor to the chamber of the furnace with minimum efforts, even carrying heavy elements. Each trolley can also be pushed and pulled flexibly and the size can be customized according to customers' needs.

COLO powder coating oven is a sandwich panel design., using 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm insulation material as the interlayer, inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins that keeps the heat in the coating oven, minimize the temperature dropping.
