Suction blast cabinet is a blast type blaster that meets most cleaning purposes, such as removal of contamination, corrosion, mill scale and old coatings. It allows abrasives to penetrate into the deepest corners to blast away unwanted deposits and rust. Equipped with an independent cartridge filter dust collector removes dust from the working chamber for increased visibility and accuracy when cleaning.

Each of our sandblasting cabinets are designed with effective dust collecting system which configured with cartridge filter, fan motor, remove dust away from the operator's window for increased visibility and accuracy when cleaning.  It is optional to add a cyclone device used to separate ultrafine abrasives from dusts.

Each blast cabinet includes durable aluminum alloy blast gun with 100% purity boron carbide nozzle.

An air blowing gun to clean impregnated dust and blasted abrasives.

Foot pedal switch controls the blasting gun, which reduces user's fatigue and ensures safety.

Our blast cabinet is constructed from high quality 3mm steel plate and powder-coated after assembled.

Application
