Fast Color Change Powder Coating Cyclone Booth / Material could be SS or PP
The automatic powder coating booth equipment is a key part of high efficiency powder coating line system. It is not only setup for simple spraying but also comes with two step powder recovery system that is cyclone and after filter recovery units, to achieve fast color change and realize 98% powder recovery. A solution for high powder coating output capacity and clean coating condition.
1. Mono cyclone achieves recycling efficiency up to 98%, a great saving of powders. a quick cleaning takes around 15 minutes.
2.The secondary recovery stage is combined with a group of high precision filters effectively capture ultra fine powders,thus only particle-free air discharged outside.
3. There's air clean system continuously transports over sprayed powder from the booth
