COLO-S-1517 Powder painting spray booth provides a bright and clean environment for spraying process. Space-saving manual powder booth features easy and economical for powder application of small and medium-sized workpieces.

An integrated and innovative powder collection module is designed for effectively capturing oversprayed powder. The pneumatic controlled pulse-jetting system regularly cleans filter to prevents powder accumulation and extend filter life.

PLC Controller

Full-function and compliant PLC controller with safety interlock comes standard on all modelsConvenient, simple-operation control panel that includes a main power switch, extraction fanstart/stop switches, cartridge-filter pulse-jet device timer and safety interlock switch, etc.

 

100% Polyester filters

Colo's booths uses only the highest quality filters made from 100% polyester, they does not sink water, well separates the powder from the air.  They can be washedwith water under pressure, they provide long-term operation.

 

Fan Motor

By means of a powerful centrifugal fan drawing clean air into the booth, and dragging the overspray powders towards filters for completely capture, all recycling air is free-particles.  Booths manufactured by Colo we use aluminium fans which are safe and energy-saving.

 

Powder Collector

The discharged powders from filters will drop into the powder collector hopper beneath the unit which can be taken away for fully emptying and cleaning. Overspray collecting through a removable hopper is in higher quality for re-using.
