Product Description

This is a manual powder coating line with overhead tracks, which is more suitable for spraying a variety of workpieces. If your workpiece has many kinds and is quite heavy, then you can consider this type of line. When the powdr coating work is completed, there is no need to load and unload the workpiece, and only need to manually pull the sprayed workpiece into the oven through the overhead conveyor. This design also reduces the space occupied.

Product Details

Walk-in powder spray booth are usually suitable for larger parts that are heavy or have different shapes. Operators can walk into the spray booth for powder coating operations. The side of the spray booth is equipped with a filter element recovery system, so that the powder can be recovered during the spraying operation.

A set of filter powder recovery system includes: several filter elements, fan motor, air storage tank, and filter room.

There are several rails on the top of the oven for hanging workpieces.
