Gas Powder Coating Furnace Features

1. PLC Precise temperature control, furnace tolerance of +/- 3 degrees Celsius.

2. Riello Gas Burner fully burns of fuels, increase heating efficiency.

3. Indirect heating system uses heat exchangers, made of seamless steel tubes 8x8 array, use the combustion liner 310S stainless steel seamless pipe thickness of 3-4mm.

4. Heat-resistent circulation fan creates a closed-round clean efficient heat circulation system.

5. All our batch powder coating ovens feature premium 100mm thick insulated wall and roof panels, ensures consisten high temperature.

COLO-1864 Powder Coating Furnace Cart System

Standardly equipped with two carts:
Internal cart supplied in the form of a frame with high temperature bearings, designed for loading workparts participating in curing process inside the oven.
External cart is used to carry the internal cart for loading and unloading process.

- Allows batch loading of workparts with an optimal use of the entire space.

- Carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force.
