Automatic PP Plastic Powder Coating Booth with Cyclone Recovery, Which constructed with plastic booth chamber and stainless steel cyclone, which is specially built for multi-color coating lines. As the booth wall is made of anti-static plastic it does not attract powders which minimizes powder accumulation on the surface. It is the best choice for quick color change and high powder recovery demands.
The automatic powder coating booth with cyclone can get high efficiency and save powder. It combines manual labor with automated processes to optimize productivity and achieve consistent results.
Automatic Powder Coating Booth Features
1. Mono cyclone achieves recycling efficiency up to 98%, a great saving of powders. A quick cleaning takes around 15 minutes.
2. The secondary recovey stage is combined with a group of high precision filters effectively capture ultra fine powders, thus only particle-free air discharged outside.
3. The booth floor integrated with various air cleaning system, periodically removes the powder accumulated on the booth floor and push it to the extraction and recovery system. The booth floor remains clean, with just a minimum amount of powder.
4. Allows custom design to select 2-24 pcs of auto spray guns to achieve any scale of production, one central control cabinet combines all gun controller for integrated operation, enbales to set parameters only at one host unit to control whole system.
5. Powder self-recycling feed center ensures maximum utilization of powder and least waste, so you no need to worry about the automatic powder recovery, filtering and powder return to the powder hopper.
1. Air-knives are integrated in the side-walls of the Stainles Steel floor.
2. During operation and cleaning air blasts are periodically released by the air knives.
3. The air blastsre move the powder accumulated on the booth floor and push it to the extraction and recovery system.
4. The booth floor remains clean, with just a minimum amount of powder.
