This Manual Powder Coating Line is more suitable for spraying batch aluminum profiles. If your workpiece has many kinds and is quite heavy, then you can consider this type of line. When the powder coating work is completed, there is no need to load and unload the workpiece, special designed transportation system is easy to transfer workpiece from booth to oven. This design also reduces the space occupied.

Walk-in Powder Spray Booth 

Walk-in powder spray booths are usually suitable for larger parts that are heavy or have different shapes. Operators can walk into the spray booth for powder coating operations. The side of the spray booth is equipped with a filter element recovery system, so that the powder can be recovered during the spraying operation.

1. The recovery module combines high-precision filters made of 100% polyester that maximize separating efficiency.
2. Pulse jet device provides interval filters cleaning, effectively eliminates powder accumulation and prolongs filters' useful life.
3. Full parameters and functions can be handled on the PLC panel, such turning on / off fan, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop etc.
4. The booth body is made of powder-coated steel plate constructed for rust resistance, durability and ease of cleaning.

Manual Powder Coating Oven with Top Track

This powder coating oven is heated by gas for higher efficiency. A circulation fan cycles hot air uniformly and keeps even temperature in the chamber. Our powder coating ovens features environmental friendly, reducing operating cost and curing more parts everyday.
There are several rails on the top of the oven connect to powder coating conveyor for hanging heavy and big size workpieces.
