2. It equip with PLC control panel system ,more easily,quickly and accurately for value settings.PLC controller also can control the value for booth at the same time.

3. Dust air from a powder coating booth is best captured by two-stage filtration. This systemworks by removing 99% of the dust to allow super-clean air to be recirculated back into theworkshop. There is no need to duct this air from the workshop, There is no need to cut ano-ther hole in the shop's roof, The final stage filter unit is not designed for use with paint or otherwet-spray processes.

High-efficiency Filters

Fan Motor

By means of a powerful centrifugal fan drawing clean air into the booth, and dragging the overspray powders towards filters for completely capture, all recycling air is free-particles.  Booths manufactured by Colo we use aluminium fans which are safe and energy-saving.

 

Powder Collector

The discharged powders from filters will drop into the powder collector hopper beneath the unit which can be taken away for fully emptying and cleaning. Overspray collecting through a removable hopper is in higher quality for re-using.
