COLO-1864 Powder Coating Oven

COLO-1864 Powder coating oven is specially designed for batch curing metal parts, such as alloy wheels bike or motorcycle accessories, etc. Applies electricity to create energy, the batch curing oven provides uniform heat distribution resulting in quality cured finishes and optimum cure cycles which reduces rework, saving you time.

1. PLC panel allows to set the required temperature and heating time accurately, and includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons.
 

2. Oven bottom built with pieces of electric heating tubes with great thermal conductivity to create hot air, and the fan cycles the heat through the oven enclosure evenly.
 

3. Built with loading frames and trolley that could easily handle batch workpieces in and out of the oven.
