COLO-2300 Automatic Powder Coating Lifting Reciprocator with 2 axis is an advanced system, besides vertically moves in programmable speed and stroke, achieves fore-and-aft direction movement to adapt to the part width, ideal for coating complex shaped parts, and makes it easy to clean booth and spray guns.

It used at industrial powder coating or liquid painting lines, set up to process various metal parts, such as aluminum profile, furniture, security fence, alloy wheels, etc.

Specially designed to meet the highest requirement of powder coating or painting quality.

Moving out of the booth makes it easy to clean the spray guns during color change, improve working efficiency.

Spray gun movement is controlled by frequency motor, set via PLC touching screen.

Moving Stroke also can be adjusted through PLC, each part can be arbitrarily set in specific upper and lower limited position.

Allows to create and store 20 programmes for different job selection.

Extremely smooth and precise movement through wear-resisting belt transmission, ensures coating uniformity.
