COLO-3212 Powder Coating Spray Booth for Aluminum Proflie is designed for pass through type powder coating. Parts enter the booth through the conveyor system openings,then pass the coating operator stations to receives the coating.The powder overspray is entrained within the air stream moving to the collector module,where the cartridge filters will remove the particulate.The containment air is drawn throught the air handler's primary and final filter system before being discharged back into the room. Coated parts exit the booth for conveyance to the cure oven.
Powder Coating Spray Booth for Aluminium Proflie Features
1. The recovery module combines 6 pcs high-precision filters made of 100% polyester that maximize separating efficiency.
2. Pulse jet device provides interval filters cleaning, effectively eliminates powder accumulation and prolongs filters' useful life.
3. Full parameters and functions can be handled on the PLC panel, such turning on / off fan, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop etc.
5. The booth body is made of powder-coated steel plate constructed for rust resistance, durability and ease of cleaning.
6. A collection hopper beneath the filter stage ensure the collected overspray powders are clean, and can be easily taken away for recycling.
7. Simple installation - only electrical and air connections are required to start production.
Full-function and compliant PLC controller with safety interlock comes standard on all modelsConvenient, simple-operation control panel that includes a main power switch, extraction fanstart/stop switches, cartridge-filter pulse-jet device timer and safety interlock switch, etc.
These filters with smaller and more uniform pores ensure 100% separation. Superior qualitypolyester spunbonded fabric materials enhance filters' lifespan.These filters are easy to inspect and replace that convenient for fast color change.
By means of a powerful centrifugal fan drawing clean air into the booth, and dragging the overspray powders towards filters for completely capture, all recycling air is free-particles. Booths manufactured by Colo we use aluminum fans which are safe and energy-saving.
