High Efficiency Electric Powder Coating Curing Oven with Trolley

The COLO-1864 is a trolley-style powder coating oven heated by electric designed for small to medium production batches.    With generous internal dimensions of 1600mm (W) x 1400mm (D) x 1800mm (H), it allows for the efficient curing of multiple coated workparts simultaneously. Loaded items are placed on a trolley, which is then wheeled into the oven for a typical curing cycle of 10-15 minutes.

The oven features 100mm thick rock wool insulation for superior thermal efficiency. An integrated air circulation system, driven by a powerful fan, ensures exceptional temperature uniformity throughout the entire chamber for consistent, high-quality results.



Powder Coating Oven Trolley System

COLO powder coating ovens are standardly equipped with two trolleys, inner trolley for loading workparts, and outer trolly loading the inner trolley for outside transportation.

It is an easy transport solution that allows loading of heavy elements using a small amount of force, and takes full utlization of the space for batch production.

Our trolly system ensures high purity painted elements. Custom design is also available to get a optimal use of the entire space of oven.
