Wheels Electric Powder Coating Drying Oven

COLO-1688 Electric powder coating drying oven is great for wheels and rims, composite parts, bike frames and other small metal workparts, with 2 shelves and 5 rails per shelf, there is plenty of space for hanging powder coated metal work to dry.

The hot selling COLO-1688 powder coating oven is heated by electricity, which is used in the production process of powder curing, simple structure, easy operation, quick heating and with low budget.

Small Powder Coating Oven Working Process

Powder powder spraying process, the coated workparts will be sent to the powder coating oven, which is set to the required temperature( usually 180° C, Max. 250° C) , and a timer precisely control the time of curing. usally 15-30 minutes. The powder will melt and stick on the surface, forming a durable, even, protective film.
